Monthly DC visits conducted to audit inventory processes, test controls & review KPI's - across BU SAÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Weekly reporting on Supply Chain OverheadsÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Engage with Regional Specialists & Scheduling Managers to review action plans in closing gapsÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Monitor and track demand changes and impact on inventory holdingÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Report on packaging interface discrepanciesÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Review the SCOH package monthly and track and monitor execution of expected creditsÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Training material developed & regional training sessions conductedÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Inventory DPO/ VPO processes aligned and SOPs implemented and rolled outÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Transporter shortage claims process implemented and tracked; in order to reduce occurrence.ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
BU consolidation reporting of SCO , gaps identified & action plans implementedÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Monitor compliance to the freshness & rotation policy as per & DPO/ VPO standardsÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Obsolescence analysis and projections done weekly and monthly for raw materialsÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Annual Inventory budgets & monthly LE agreed & signed-off with logistics and Supply stakeholdersÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Weekly & Monthly routines in place with regions focusing on KPI gaps & actions ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Maintain and ensure a high standard of data accuracy within the Inventory reporting system(s)Manage, monitor Mass Balance inputs on returnable assets.
Minimum Requirements:
A degree or equivalent tertiary qualificationÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
+3yrs experience in Warehouse or InventoryÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Clear and strong communication skillsÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Strong analytical & reporting skills. ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Must be able to foresee efficiency and cost saving opportunitiesÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
Critical decision-making abilityÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ
