Key Performance Areas
Promotion of sound labour relations environment.
Investigate and assist in the resolution of individual and collective complaints and grievances.
Investigate, initiate and/or preside over misconduct cases.
Co-ordinate disciplinary hearing.
Represent the Department at conciliation and arbitration and facilities the implementation of settlement agreements and arbitration awards.
Provide support for compliance with legislative framework relating to grievances and disputes.
Compile reports/submissions in respect of grievances dispute, advice on industrial action matters.
Prerequisites
NQF level 6 or 7 qualification as recognized by SAQA
A qualification/s in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations and other related qualifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Labour Relations or related.
A valid driver's license except for people with disabilities
