How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for a highly analytical and stakeholder-oriented Senior Manager - Strategy who can translate complex data into clear insights that support company-wide decision-making and strategic planning.
You will assess new market opportunities, regulatory environments, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to inform expansion and investment decisions.
You will build financial and operational models to evaluate new initiatives, support annual planning, and track performance against targets.
This role will contribute to market entry decisions, capital allocation, product positioning, and operational priorities, ensuring growth initiatives are commercially sound and executable.
What You'll Do
Market & Competitive Strategy:
Analyze energy markets, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics across target geographies
Identify and qualify potential clients, partners, and strategic alliances
Map competitive landscapes and assess differentiation opportunities
Propose market entry strategies and expansion playbooks.
Strategic Modeling & Business Analysis:
Build financial, operational, and analytical models to evaluate profitability and scalability
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to inform go/no-go decisions
Assess new business lines, product opportunities, and strategic investments
Evaluate ROI across strategic initiatives.
Corporate Planning & Performance Management:
Support long-term strategic planning and annual corporate planning cycles
Maintain and update the company and department roadmap aligned with board-level objectives
Establish baselines and define company-wide KPIs
Track company performance against strategic goals and OKRs
Prepare executive-level dashboards and performance reports.
Innovation & Growth Strategy:
Partner with the Innovation and Product Management teams to identify new product and market opportunities
Assess adjacent market opportunities and diversification strategies
Support pilot initiatives and structured experimentation
Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and technology trends impacting the energy-tech sector
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and convert findings into clear business recommendations
Support cross-functional alignment on key strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Professional & Technical Strengths:
Experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Consulting, Investment Analysis, or Business Operations
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel / Google Sheets capability
Experience building business cases and board-ready analysis
Strong understanding of market entry strategy and competitive positioning
Experience tracking company-level KPIs and strategic roadmaps
Ability to translate complex data into executive insights.
Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths:
Ability to collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams
High degree of autonomy and accountability (we operate within a hybrid work environment)
Ability to structure and simplify complex, ambiguous strategic challenges
Hypothesis-driven analytical rigor to support data-informed decision-making

Financial and commercial acumen across revenue models, margins, and unit economics
Ability to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable milestones
Sound judgment and decision-making capability in environments with incomplete data.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in M&A or corporate development
Fluency in French.
