The position is located in Enugu State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline with 1215 years' progressive experience in contracts management, commercial management, procurement, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project delivery, including at least 7 years in a senior management role. A Master's Degree (MBA, M.Sc. Procurement, Commercial Management, Construction Law, or a related field) is highly desirable; Relevant professional membership of NIQS, NSE, CIPSMN, CIPS, CIArb, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), or other recognised professional bodies will be an advantage.
