Husk Power Systems Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position of: Senior Manager, Customer Experience. The position is located in Abuja (FCT). Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related discipline with 5 - 8 years of experience in off-grid / mini-grid operations, and must have led teams that managed a minimum of 7,000 customer base with core KPIs across retention, CLV, NPS, etc.
