Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Dealer Network Development Senior Manager / Director to further strengthen and expand our dealer and strategic sales partner network across Nigeria.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop qualified automotive dealers and strategic sales partners.
Continuously improve nationwide dealer coverage and channel quality.
Build strong relationships with major automotive dealers and dealer groups.
Lead partner negotiations, onboarding and business activation.
Drive dealer performance and sustainable vehicle sales growth.


Requirements


Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience.
New vehicle experience is mandatory.
Proven experience in dealer development, channel sales or dealer management.
Must have successful and verifiable cases of personally developing and activating automotive dealers.
Strong existing dealer resources and industry network in Nigeria.
Strong negotiation, business development and execution capabilities.
