Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
Identify and remove operational barriers affecting sales performance through cross-functional collaboration.
Optimize utilization of sales resources, including vehicles, sales applications, and customer investments.
Monitor market trends, competition, and product pricing to maximize profitability.
Identify sales risks, implement mitigation measures, and ensure business continuity.

WHAT WE WANT


Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Leadership are an added advantage.
At least 15 years' proven experience in FMCG sales, including senior sales leadership roles.
Must be a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).
