Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth:


Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine value propositions and sales tactics.
Forecast sales projections accurately and report on pipeline health to the executive leadership team.


Sales Process & Operations:


Refine and optimize the sales process to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
Leverage the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate actionable insights.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in Beverage sales leadership/management role.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas both as an individual contributor and as a leader
Experience in Beverages Sales is highly preferred.
Knowledge of route to market Pan Nigeria
Mandatory - Beverage Sales experience.
