Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
Position the brand as a premium, authorized 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) dealership group.
Lead all ATL, BTL, and experiential activations.
Oversee production of Online campaign, Reels, Radio, Outdoor, Social & Digital content, Showroom branding
Lead all vehicle launches, develop pricing communication strategy in collaboration with Sales and coordinate with OEM partners on brand assets and guidelines.
Support dealership marketing plans nationwide, standardize showroom branding and customer journey experience
Increase service retention, promote genuine spare parts, design service campaigns (maintenance packages, warranty extensions).
Oversee CRM strategy integration with Sales, improve, lead response time, conversion tracking, customer lifecycle communication, use data analytics to inform budget allocation.
Create dashboards for weekly performance reporting
Manage annual marketing budget efficiently.
Evaluate and manage agencies, production houses, and media partners.
Build and mentor high-performing marketing team.
Drive accountability and performance culture.
