Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute digital media buying strategies across programmatic, paid social, display, video, and search platforms.
Optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve KPIs such as ROI, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and produce actionable insights and post-campaign reports.
Manage relationships with digital platforms, media partners, and technology vendors to deliver innovation and best value.
Collaborate with client leads, planners, and strategy teams to integrate trading insights into overall media strategies.
Ensure campaign accuracy across trafficking, tagging, tracking, and reporting.
Supervise and guide Digital Traders, providing coaching and quality control on campaign execution.
Stay updated on emerging digital platforms, technologies, and trading trends to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in digital media trading within an agency or trading desk environment.
Proficiency in tools such as DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical ability and familiarity with data visualization and attribution tools.
Demonstrated success in optimizing digital campaigns to achieve business goals.
