Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Senior NDT Inspector to perform and supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities on oil and gas assets, including pipelines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, structural components, and process equipment.
The successful candidate will ensure all inspection activities are executed in accordance with client specifications, international standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Testing
Conduct and supervise NDT inspections using various techniques including:
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
Radiographic Testing (RT)
Visual Testing (VT)
Eddy Current Testing (ECT)
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) - where applicable
Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) - where applicable
Perform inspections on pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks, structural steel, welds, and process equipment.
Evaluate inspection findings and determine compliance with applicable acceptance criteria.
Identify defects, discontinuities, corrosion, erosion, and structural anomalies.
