Key Responsibilities:
Your other duties will include:
Conducting site audits to ensure we have the right content in the right places
Having content in a suitable format for different devices and recruitment channels
Writing great content to support the business
Building inbound links and growing overall site authority
Liaising with the Marketing team to research, develop and implement the social media plan
Supporting other parts of the business when additional digital support is required
To be considered for this superb opportunity, you must have:
Proven success in improving website enquiry generation
A good understanding of the entire web development cycle and web technologies, including HTML
Experience of web development tools and content management systems, ideally Rhythmyx
The ability to write content which is both creative and succinct
Experience of Google Adwords and Google Analytics
Experience of using MS Office
Recruitment knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
Content Creation & Writing: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Proven ability to produce clear, concise, engaging, and error-free content for various digital platforms.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, PR, internal stakeholders).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content.
Adaptability & Learning: Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends, tools, and algorithms, with a continuous learning mindset.
Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital content writing, with a strong portfolio of blog articles and web content.
