Main tasks and responsibilities:


Manage and grow a portfolio of key fleet partners through structured Business Reviews and ongoing performance check-ins.
Build strong relationships with fleet decision-makers and act as their trusted performance advisor.
Analyze KPIs using internal dashboards and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
Apply performance frameworks (such as Fleet Health Score) to identify risks, growth opportunities, and operational gaps.
Design and execute retention strategies to prevent churn and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Identify and activate growth opportunities including vehicle expansion, driver engagement programs, branding initiatives, and financing participation.
Lead root-cause analysis for underperforming fleets and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Legal, and Central Operations to align on priorities and resolve complex challenges.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and deliver structured monthly performance reporting.


About you:


You have 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, operations, mobility, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
You are highly analytical and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
You have experience managing strategic client relationships and driving measurable performance improvements.
You are confident presenting insights and leading business reviews with senior stakeholders.
You have experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar).
You are proactive, structured, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
