CENTRE REQUIREMENTS:


Grade 12 plus an appropriate NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Management/ Administration or relevant equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA. PERSAL training Certificates/ Results.
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in HRM environment. Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
Sound and in-depth knowledge of relevant prescripts and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service i.e.
Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act,Public Finance Management Act. Presentation Skills.
