CENTRE REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 plus an appropriate NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management /Public Management/Administration or relevant equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
PERSAL training Certificate.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Public Service Act, EEA, Report writing, Communication skills. Knowledge of PERSAL.
