Key Performance Areas
Provide administrative support and ensure correct implementation of the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS).
Administer and maintain PMDS database.
Provide Performance Management and Development System advice and guidance.
Supervise resources (human, finance, equipment/ assets.
Prerequisites
NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.
A qualification/s in Human Resource Management/ Development/ Public Management/ Public Administration/ Management of Training will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Performance Management and Development environment or related field.
A valid driver's license except for people with disabilities

Knowledge: Human Resource Management. Basic conditions of Employment. Performance Management System (PMS).
Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Service Act (PSA).
Performance Management Development System (PMDS). Time Management skills. Presentation skills.
Planning and Organizing skills. Communication skills. Computer Literate (i.e. MS Word, Excel and / or PowerPoint). Project Management.
