Job Summary
In this role, you will own the health facility-specific initiatives, which include integrating with partners, handling complex data flows, and ensuring a seamless rollout of new features. You will work closely with a cross-functional squad including a Solution Architect, Engineers, and a Project Manager to drive product discovery, roadmap execution, and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
Define product goals and deliverables based on customer feedback.
Lead the definition and execution of the product roadmap that aligns with the product strategy and project objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including external partners, users, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and prioritize product features
Drive product development through the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and training.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides and release plans.
Work closely with other product managers to align roadmaps and identify synergies between your project and the core product.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in product management, including managing big projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience driving results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile /Lean methodologies and product management.
Understanding of the healthcare industry and supply chain operations preferred.
