MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Related qualification advantageous
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience with production lines, food safety systems (HACCP), and quality assurance will be highly beneficial
Computer literate
Strong leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication and numeracy skills
Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license
DUTIES INCLUDE
Lead production staff on the floor, ensure production targets are met, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and support quality and compliance requirements.
