Duties and Responsibilities

The officer will assist the Director - CYSWEP and will be responsible for the following roles:


Coordination of programs in the Service and ensure their successful implementation;
chairing the Service Promotion Board;
To chair the Service Tender Committee;
In charge of Transport operations and logistics
chairing Service Discipline Committee;
To monitor and evaluate Service activities;
In charge of Service Sports and other co-curricular activities; and
Coordination of Emergency responses.
Any other assigned duties by the Director from time to time


Requirements for Appointment


Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution;
Certificate in Computer Applications;
Proven work experience for a minimum of five years.


OR


Diploma in management, administration or relevant qualification from a recognized institution in Kenya;
Certificate in Computer Applications; and
Proven work experience for a minimum of five years in a similar role.
