Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage developments from feasibility through to completion
Conduct and review development appraisals and financial models
Secure planning approvals and manage regulatory processes
Oversee design development, procurement, and contractor performance
Drive construction timelines and ensure delivery against programme
Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance
Report to executive stakeholders and investors with clear, data-driven insights
Ensure projects meet required standards across quality, safety, and compliance
Requirements
Minimum 15 year's experience in property development or real estate project delivery
Proven track record delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects
Strong commercial acumen with experience in feasibility and financial modelling
Solid understanding of planning processes, contracts, and regulatory frameworks
Experience managing multiple stakeholders including investors, contractors, and local authorities
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capability
