About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter & Team Lead to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will lead and supervise our recruitment team while remaining hands-on with sourcing, headhunting, candidate screening, interviews, and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the recruitment team and monitor recruiter performance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, and direct headhunting.
Identify and engage passive candidates and hard-to-find talent.
Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Allocate recruitment assignments and track team progress.
Set and monitor recruitment targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
Handle senior, specialist, and difficult-to-fill roles.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide recruitment updates.
Support other HR and consulting activities when required.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven experience in headhunting, direct sourcing, and passive candidate recruitment.
Previous experience leading or supervising recruiters.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
