Job Summary
The Senior Sales Engineer will drive sales of industrial and commercial power solutions, with a strong focus on diesel and gas generators.
The role requires proven experience selling generator brands such as JMG, Jubeli, and similar OEMs, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for generator and power solution products.
Identify, pursue, and close B2B opportunities with corporates, EPCs, government, and private clients.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for solution design and project execution.
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Track market trends, competitors, and tender opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and submit sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in technical sales of generators or power solutions.
Mandatory hands-on sales experience with generator brands such as JMG, Jubeli, or similar.
Strong understanding of diesel/gas generators, ATS, synchronization, and power distribution.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Must be based in or willing to work in Abuja.
