Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer relationships within Lagos and surrounding regions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling electronics or home appliances and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Syinix products including TVs, home appliances, and related electronics
Identify and develop new business opportunities (retail, distributors, and corporate clients)
Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, dealers, and retail partners
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales follow-up
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in:
Consumer electronics
Home appliances
FMCG or similar related industries
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of the Lagos market and distribution channels
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
