The Senior Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and business performance across key market segments including corporate, long-stay, and relocation business. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives to enhance market presence and deliver consistent results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Drive business development across corporate, association, and institutional accounts
Achieve and exceed revenue targets across long-stay and transient segments
Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and presentations
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and client needs
Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular sales reports Represent the property at industry events and networking platforms


REQUIREMENTS:


Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality sales within a reputable property
Proven track record in revenue generation and client relationship management
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
