Role Summary
The successful candidate will be fully accountable for new business acquisition, revenue growth, and key account performance within an assigned territory or sector. This role requires independent pipeline management, strong negotiation skills, and consistent target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close new B2B business independently through prospecting, referrals, and structured follow-ups
Grow revenue from existing corporate clients through upselling and cross-selling
Conduct high-level sales meetings with decision-makers (Procurement, Operations, Finance)
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts
Maintain an active and measurable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Track competitor activity and market opportunities to protect and grow market share
Coordinate closely with production and logistics to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
Submit accurate, timely sales reports and performance updates
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 - 5 years proven B2B sales experience (manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sales strongly preferred)
Verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong experience managing long sales cycles and corporate accounts
Advanced negotiation and closing skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management ability
High level of self-discipline, accountability, and resilience
Proficient in MS Office; hands-on experience with CRM systems is mandatory
