Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Specialist, based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Senior Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets. The role involves creating and implementing sales plans, providing excellent customer service, managing a sales pipeline, and actively engaging with clients to understand their needs. This position also includes training customers on OnePort 365's solutions and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients.
Qualifications
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to train clients on utilizing services and solutions for maximum value
Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms and tools for sales and customer engagement
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
