Job Description

Drive Regional Marketing Strategy


Shape and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to relevant market dynamics.
Localize global priorities into relevant, high‑impact campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and deliver measurable business outcomes.


Lead Client‑Centric Engagement


Deliver compelling client experiences through events, digital engagement, content and thought leadership.
Embed client insights into marketing execution to enhance relevance and differentiation.


Accelerate Business Growth


Design marketing programmed that support acquisition, retention, and expansion objectives.
Manage budgets with discipline and ensure strong ROI across all initiatives.


Champion Innovation


Introduce fresh, insight‑led approaches that reflect evolving client needs.
Drive digital‑first execution, leveraging automation, CRM and analytics to optimise performance.


Collaborate & Influence


Partner with business leaders, product teams, and agencies to execute seamless, impactful campaigns.
Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems with clarity, influence, and confidence.


Ensure Governance & Compliance


Uphold brand standards and regulatory alignment across all marketing activities.
Manage risk, documentation, and reporting with integrity and precision.


Experience and Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field); postgraduate qualification or MBA beneficial.
8 - 12 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a similarly regulated environment.
Proven success managing multi‑country B2B marketing strategies across Africa or International markets.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, events, and omnichannel campaign execution.
Leadership experience—guiding teams, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
High cultural intelligence and the ability to tailor messaging across diverse markets.
Strong analytical capability with experience using data, dashboards, CRM, and marketing technology.
