Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field); postgraduate qualification or MBA beneficial.
8 - 12 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a similarly regulated environment.
Proven success managing multiÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂcountry B2B marketing strategies across Africa or International markets.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, events, and omnichannel campaign execution.
Leadership experience—guiding teams, agencies, and crossÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂfunctional stakeholders.
High cultural intelligence and the ability to tailor messaging across diverse markets.
Strong analytical capability with experience using data, dashboards, CRM, and marketing technology.
