Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Events Management or related field (NQF7).
5 - 12 years' experience in strategic events management, with at least 3 years in a peopleÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂleadership role.
Proven success delivering experiential marketing in financial services, consulting, fintech, SaaS or other highÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂvalue B2B environments.
Strong digital/hybrid events experience.
Demonstrated excellence in portfolioÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂlevel event strategy, stakeholder management, and presenting to senior leadership.
Experience in dataÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂdriven decisionÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂmaking, customerÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂcentric design, optimisation, and technology adoption.
