CENTRE REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 plus an appropriate NQF level 6, National Diploma/ Degree in Financial Management /Financial Accounting, Public Finance Management or relevant equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA. LOGIS and PERSAL certificates/ Results.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial Management environment.
Valid drivers' license (with exception of people with disabilities).
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
Sound and In-depth Knowledge of Procurement Policy Framework Act, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations, Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Framework as well as understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
