Senior Store Supervisor at JMG

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising store activities, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material movements, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This role is critical to supporting operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and timely availability of materials.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Coordinate inventory transfers and stock control
Monitor stock levels, audits, and reconciliations
Lead storekeepers and warehouse operations
Ensure accurate ERP/warehouse system updates
Drive process improvements and inventory accuracy


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
5-7 years of store, warehouse, or inventory management experience
Strong ERP, inventory control, analytical, and leadership skills
