A globally recognised leader in consulting and engineering is seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Senior Structural Designer on a contract bases. As a Senior Structural Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of structural drawings and calculations. Your duties will include collaborating with the engineering team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical guidance on structural designs.
Qualifications:
Drafting qualification a minimum.
Diploma in engineering preferred.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Minimum of 10 years design draughting experience, of which 5 years are in the mining and minerals processing area.
Familiar with relevant 2D & 3D CAD software, company Drafting Procedures.
Experience using Tekla Structures preferred.
Broad knowledge of construction and operations.
Experience with Process Plant design and layout.
