Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Be a Citizen of Kenya;
KenyaCertificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D- (minus) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring general office cleanliness;
Collecting and dispatching mails;
Preparing and serving beverages;
Operating basic office equipment; and
Ensuring safe custody of the office facilities.
