We seek to hire a Technical Recruiter to join our team at TeKnowledge. The Technical Recruiter is a pivotal role within our Employer of Records (EoR) service, responsible for driving recruitment strategy and talent acquisition efforts.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to source, engage, and onboard top technical talent, ensuring we meet staffing needs, optimize recruitment processes, and achieve high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and EoR service needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Proactively source and engage top technical talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, partnerships with educational institutions).
Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen the employer brand of the EoR service.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical recruiters.
Develop long-term talent acquisition strategies to anticipate client needs.
Implement robust technical skills assessment methods to ensure quality of talent delivered to clients.
Establish recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience and relevant certifications).
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications relevant to the EoR service industry.
Proficiency in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
