Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Human Resource Development, Industrial Technology, Petroleum Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline OR preferably, possess a Master's Degree in Engineering, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience in technical operations, workforce development, training, or competency management.
