Key Responsibilities


Support transaction switching and payment processing systems
Monitor transaction flows and resolve failed transactions
Handle incident resolution and system troubleshooting
Ensure system availability and transaction accuracy
Collaborate with banks, merchants, and internal teams


Required Skills & Experience


Strong experience in transaction processing or switching
Hands-on experience with platforms such as:
Postilion
Transware
Or similar processing systems
Understanding of card payments, settlements, and reconciliation
Ability to work in a high-availability environment
