Overview
We're looking for a collaborative, curious, systemsÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂthinking UX Designer to join our creative commerce design capability. You'll play a key role in shaping digital products, services, and experiences for some of the world's leading brands. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including strategists, technologists, creative directors, data teams, and UI designers to uncover insights, design solutions, and bring userÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂcentric experiences to life.

Responsibilities
You'll spearhead the UX strategy and development for integrated projects and ensure ever-improving service across multiple clients.
Day to day, your role will include:
Designing intuitive, meaningful, and inclusive digital experiences across websites, apps, products, and commerce ecosystems
Conducting userÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂcentred research activities (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, persona development)
Translating research insights, data, and business requirements into user journeys, flows, sitemaps, and wireframes
Developing interactive prototypes for concept validation and iterative design
Working closely with UI/Visual Designers to bring experiences to life with clarity, craft, and consistency
Collaborating with crossÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂcapability teams (Strategy, Creative, Data, Tech, Media, and Project Management) to solve complex problems
Presenting UX thinking, rationale, and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Ensuring that all UX work aligns with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and experience principles
Supporting experience strategy and concepting work during early project phases
Applying modern design thinking and innovation practices to shape new solutions
Participating in workshops (remote and inÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂperson) to coÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂcreate with clients and multidisciplinary partners
Advocating for the user and embedding UX best practices throughout the project lifecycle Unicorn Lab participation and UX project leadership
Qualifications
We're looking for a talented UX Designer with impressive work experience, which typically includes:
3 - 6+ years in UX or product design in an agency, consultancy, or digital product environment
A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, problemÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂsolving, process, and craft
Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping, and UX documentation
Experience conducting or supporting user research and turning insights into design decisions
A solid understanding of interaction design principles, behaviour models, and accessibility
Strong ability to articulate design rationale clearly and confidently to peers and clients
Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, FigJam, Miro, Axure, Adobe XD)
Experience working in crossÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂfunctional teams and contributing to multiÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂdiscipline collaboration
A balance of analytical and creative thinking, comfort with both data and ambiguity
Excellent timeÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂmanagement, organisation, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fastÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂpaced environment
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL * E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
