Content Writing & On-Page Optimization
Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content that aligns with search intent.
Research competitor content and identify gaps we can target.
Update and improve existing pages for freshness, clarity, and ranking potential.
Ensure every article follows SEO structure: headers, keyword integration, internal links, and metadata.
Internal Linking & Content Architecture
Build and manage internal links to strengthen topical authority.
Identify orphan pages and distribute link equity strategically.
Maintain consistency across all location and service pages.
SEO Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor keyword movement, traffic trends, and user behavior using GSC + GA4.
Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing tasks done, issues found, and recommended actions.
Identify ranking opportunities based on data (e.g., keywords in positions 4 - 10, 11 - 20).
Flag technical or structural issues that may impact performance.
Keyword Research & Planning
Conduct keyword research to support new content clusters.
Use SERP analysis to understand what Google rewards for each topic.
Recommend content ideas based on seasonality, user trends, and competitor patterns.
External Link Exposure (Introductory Training)
Understand the basics of outreach, PBN use, and link placement strategies.
Assist in structured link-building tasks once foundational skills are strong.
Collaboration
Work closely with the experienced SEO team to learn standards, workflows, and best practices.
Communicate challenges early and provide suggestions where possible.
Required Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT, or any related field is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of SEO concepts (full training provided).
Strong writing skills - clarity, grammar, research capability, and originality.
Ability to follow structured SEO guidelines and content frameworks.
Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
Familiarity with GA4 and Search Console is an added advantage.
Fast learner, highly proactive, and comfortable with routine-driven tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
