As an SEO Specialist, you will work closely with content creators, developers, designers, and marketing strategists to implement effective SEO campaigns that generate real business results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements
Monitor website rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics
Build high-quality backlinks and authority strategies
Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
Collaborate with content and web teams to improve search visibility
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends
Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance insights
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in SEO or digital marketing
Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
Experience with SEO and analytics tools
Knowledge of content optimization and keyword strategy
Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and website structure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in local SEO and e-commerce SEO
Knowledge of Google Ads and PPC is an added advantage
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles
