A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop. The successful candidate will manage service bookings, job cards, customer communication, workflow coordination, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the repair and maintenance process.
Requirements:
Matric or higher qualification.
Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a Service Advisor or similar role.
Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
Experience within the automotive, truck, or commercial vehicle industry advantageous.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage job cards, quotations, invoicing, and workshop scheduling.
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure.
Team player with a customer-focused approach.
