Service Advisor - Motor Dealership / Automotive (Cape Town) at MPRTC Recruitment

An experienced Service Advisor is required to deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience within a busy motorcycle dealership environment. The role involves managing the full service process from customer arrival to vehicle handover, ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and the parts department.


Requirements


Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Service Advisor role within a motor dealership
Experience working with a Dealer Management System (DMS)
Motorbike licence (Code A) preferred
Own reliable transport
Technical knowledge or mechanical aptitude advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and service recommendations
