Key responsibilities:
Strategize and execute action plans to grow business and market footprint in the assigned territory/region.
Oversee all service centre operations, including production, coil and finished goods inventory management, and facility upkeep.
Build controls to ensure no loss, pilferage, damage, or degradation of stocks and assets.
Lead and manage the direct sales team to grow business within the defined market.
Engage and develop customers from all relevant customer segments and create systems ensuring exemplary customer service at every stage.
Ensure accurate profiling and timely dispatch of distribution customer orders in coordination with the Customer Service Department.
Manage all the allotted resources, including administration, production, and logistics, efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate business development, local marketing, and promotional activities in partnership with the Marketing team and other concerned teams.
Develop and grow building solutions sales by integrating roofing products, accessories, and all the solutions offered by the company.
People Leadership & Capability Development; Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Service Centre employees.
Compliance, Safety & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Requirements
Qualifications required:
Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifications as an added advantage: Diploma or Professional Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
Professional registration:
Experience required:
General work experience (years): 7-10 years
Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
