Responsibilities:


Do onsite installation/troubleshooting/PM (Life support equipments) , keep and improve Mindray service reputation of Key Customers.
Provide technical support to local distributors. Provide technical training to strength service ability of local distributors;
Manage distributors to maintain and improve customer satisfaction of local market.
Execute headquarters' service requirement , dynamic competition investigation and establish suitable service strategy for the local market;
Achieve targets of service revenue and help distributors to promote service contracts.
Cooporate with sales team to achieve sales target.


Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, major in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent;
Preferably specialized in Biotechnology, Biomedical equipment or equivalent;
More than 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry, Life support equipments (Anesthesia/Ventilator/Patient Monitor/Defibrillator/Pendent/Surgical Light and so on)
Must have some basic IT and network knowledge.
Strong coaching and leadership skills, able to motivate internal employees and partners;
Be proactive, good communication skills and strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;
Located in Kenya. Accept frequently international business trip.
