Your Responsibilities


Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
Assist customers with menu selections and confidently recommend our signature cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, juices, and food items.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and exceptional service.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment.
Resolve customer enquiries courteously and professionally.
Work closely with the bar and kitchen team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Help create a lively, premium atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.


Requirements


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sales and upselling skills are an added advantage.
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, lounges, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
