Key Skills & Requirements
8 - 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, TSM, HRSD, and ITBM
Expertise in platform architecture, including the design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow applications and configurations
Advanced integration capabilities, specifically implementing and maintaining third-party integrations using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services
Technical proficiency in modern development, including Service Portal, Mobile Development, and Integration Hub
Strategic leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to guide junior consultants and conduct technical assessments for new plugins and features
ServiceNow Certifications: Required: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred
