Shift Supervisor - Ladismith

The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Coordinating production through supervision of staff, time keeping and proper operation of all equipment; First line support for engineering breakdowns, generating work orders and maintaining plant standards; Manage daily plant efficiencies, inspections, checklists; Ensure quality feed production; Commit and comply to the requirements of ISO, HACCP, 20 Keys and any other company management systems. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Minimum of Grade 12; At least 3 years in the feed industry with proven supervisory experience; Computer literacy with experience in MS Office; A valid driver's license Strong leadership ability; Problem solving and planning skills; Work effectively in a team environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Mechanically orientated; Pro-active and able to use own initiative; A high level of personal and professional integrity; Be prepared to work shifts and overtime on short notice.
