Shipment Coordinator at Scruples Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Coordinate logistics activities related to customer orders and shipments.
Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Shipping/Receiving teams.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with investigating service-related complaints.
Input, update, consolidate, and communicate ETA and shipping information to relevant business units.
Analyze customer load information to verify appropriate routes, rates, and schedules.
Coordinate shipment schedules with vendors and service providers.
Support logistics optimization and continuous improvement of work processes.
Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure timely communication of shipment updates.
Serve as a key contact point when engaging with government officers and relevant stakeholders.
