About the Assignment:
The firm is migrating to Microsoft SharePoint and requires expert support to design, implement, and operationalize a proper document management system with strong governance and user adoption.
Key Scope of Work:
Review current document and filing systems
Design a tailored SharePoint architecture
Oversee or execute migration of files and folders
Develop document management SOPs and governance framework
Train staff and support adoption and change management
Ideal Consultant:
Proven experience with SharePoint administration and configuration
Experience migrating systems (e.g., Google Drive to SharePoint)
Strong knowledge of information governance and records management
