Key Responsibilities:


Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Provide expert guidance on interior décor and product selection
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain an attractive and organized showroom display
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities


Requirements:


OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2 - 4 years experience in retail sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, or lifestyle products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction
Good sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
