Key Requirements
Proven experience managing residential development projects from start to completion.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, material managementand quality control.
Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and subcontractors effectively.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent reporting and project management abilities.
Preference will be given to candidates who have handleddevelopments in Lekki, Ikoyi, and Banana Island.
