Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos for the role of Site Manager.
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring efficient project execution, compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordination among team members.
Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, managing schedules, liaising with stakeholders, resolving any operational issues, and ensuring timely completion of projects aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
Previous experience in site management or a related role is highly beneficial.
Project management and organizational skills to efficiently oversee site operations and manage workflows.
Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
Knowledge of machinery and mechanical operations relevant to industrial and manufacturing settings.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address site challenges and ensure project success.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
